Banana Protein Pancakes Recipe

|Banana Protein Pancakes|

This is a really simple and easy recipe that is great for any meal and is quickly becoming one of my favourites for brunch. This is also a super handy recipe that uses those bananas that really need eating up.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • Scoop of vanilla protein powder (this is optional and I am currently using the MyProteins vanilla whey protein) you could also add oats if you don’t have protein powder.

  1. Peel and smash up the banana in a bowl until it creates a sort of paste.
  2. Add the eggs and any added extras like your protein powder or oats.
  3. Cook and get flipping.
  4. Add your toppings.
  5. Demolish the pancakes!!

There are so many serving options with this recipe but I really like adding blueberries and honey on top of my pancakes for some extra sweetness.

Thanks for taking a look, let me know in the comments if you give this recipe a go.

  1. I love banana pancake recipes like this, I’ve made a habit of making banana pancakes every Sunday for a while now as a bit of a fun breakfast and I absolutely love it!! I’ve never tried adding protein powder though so I think I might have to try that next time! Thanks for posting this x

  2. I love these sorts of pancakes! I’ve been making similar for a few years as part of my WW plan, and I’ve just seen that they’re also in the Joe Wicks 90 Day Body Plan! I always find adding a little 0% fat Greek yoghurt makes them the perfect dessert 😍
