|Banana Protein Pancakes|
This is a really simple and easy recipe that is great for any meal and is quickly becoming one of my favourites for brunch. This is also a super handy recipe that uses those bananas that really need eating up.
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- Scoop of vanilla protein powder (this is optional and I am currently using the MyProteins vanilla whey protein) you could also add oats if you don’t have protein powder.
- Peel and smash up the banana in a bowl until it creates a sort of paste.
- Add the eggs and any added extras like your protein powder or oats.
- Cook and get flipping.
- Add your toppings.
- Demolish the pancakes!!
There are so many serving options with this recipe but I really like adding blueberries and honey on top of my pancakes for some extra sweetness.
