The word Fascia, is thrown around a LOT especially on the internet! Fascial rolling, fascial cupping, fascia, fascia, fascia. It is becoming one of those buzz words that is fashionable and attached to everything. But what actually is it? ⠀
The 12th of April is looking like the next date for me to reopen. I am not opening appointments just yet, incase anything changes and I would hate to get your/and my hopes up incase it all falls apart again. ⠀

This lockdown has been very different, I haven’t been working out and spending half my time in headstands like in lockdown 1 and my motivation has been at an all time low!! ⠀
