First week back completed🤟🏼✅⠀
I’ve learnt some pretty awesome techniques to add to my tool box in the last two weeks which I can’t wait to try out on all my clients! Here is a picture from yesterday when @knotout_ wanted to see just how flexi we could get my hamstrings 😂🖤
As much as my job is all about muscles, it is also super important to know what is going on in the skeletal structures below. I really like this visual of all of the joints as it is super easy to see how different they are. Depending on the joint depends on how they move and how the muscles connect around them. ⠀
Tomorrow I am finally back in the treatment room🥳 It’s been way to long this time and everything is crossed that I never have to do this again! I can’t wait to see all of my awesome clients who have booked in this month, I can’t thank you enough for your continued support 🖤🥰
I am finally back at @cotswold_academy this week and next week for my Level 4 contact days! The timing of these classroom days have landed just at the right time as I am back in action on the 12th!
